Job Title:
Site Operations Director

As a Site Operations Director, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating daily site activities, including access control;
  • Supporting Project Managers in the day-to-day project execution;
  • Leading and managing workers and subcontractors on site;
  • Planning and deploying machinery and materials on site;
  • Ensuring all site work is completed according to specifications, on schedule, and safely;
  • Identifying and assessing potential workplace risks;
  • Taking practical measures to eliminate foreseeable risks to personnel on site;
  • Implementing safe working procedures and environmental controls;
  • Participating in risk assessments;
  • Briefing/re-briefing workers/subcontractors on risk assessments;
  • Implementing necessary controls to mitigate unsafe work practices;
