Job Title: Site Operations Director

The role of the Site Operations Director is to oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Managing site costs and tracking expenses to optimize resource use.
  • Conducting regular site visits to assess progress, quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Ensuring construction complies with design specs, contracts, building codes and regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in construction site management or a similar role.
  • Experience managing various construction projects (residential, commercial, infrastructure).
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate diverse teams and subcontractors.
