Job Title: Project Operations Leader

About the Role

This is a key leadership position in the construction of a project. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day operations of the site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and executing daily site operations, arranging logistics, hoisting, and scaffolding access to support daily operations.
  • Controlling materials, planning the overall schedule, and implementing specific planning measures.
  • Conducting site meetings with site personnel and sub-contractors to review works' progress and resolve conflicts.
  • Attending site WSH meetings with WSH Officer and reviewing follow-up actions to ensure site environment and workplace safety.
  • Working with site personnel and assisting the Site Quantity Surveyor team on variation claims.
  • Putting forward recommendations to Project Directors on additional requirements for plants, equipment, or workforce.
  • Resolving conflicts within the site team.
  • Attending consultant site meetings, technical meetings, and sub-contractor meetings.
  • Assisting the Contract Team in finalising project accounts and contractual matters.
Requirements
  • Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of construction site management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with subcontractor coordination, logistic planning, and safety audits.
  • Proven track record in Singapore projects.
  • BCA Certified (e.g. SCAL's Construction Superintendent) or MOM Safety Supervisor certification.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
