Job Title: Site Construction Director

Overview:

As a seasoned professional in the construction industry, you will oversee the entire station construction operations from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing underground MRT station construction projects and possess excellent leadership skills to direct a team of site managers and engineers.

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards;
  • Coordinate with technical and contracts departments for approval submissions and collaborate with design teams to address engineering and technical issues;
  • Manage traffic diversions, underground services, and temporary works, ensuring safe working conditions for all personnel;
  • Oversee subcontractors and suppliers, resolving quality and safety-related issues promptly;
  • Prepare progress reports for review by senior management and ensure requisition of necessary resources on time.

Requirements:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably with 10 years in managing underground MRT station construction projects.

Candidates must also possess all mandatory training certifications for a Site Construction Director and be able to work at East.
