Site Operations Director

As a Site Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of construction sites to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement effective safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and control site operations to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all site activities are conducted in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Liaise with contractors to resolve any discrepancies or non-conformances.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any deviations from the original plan.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of site activities, including safety incidents and near-misses.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role or as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
