About the Role
As the Assistant Director, Facility Management, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of facility engineers to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of our buildings and equipment
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Building/Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
- At least 14 years' experience in building and facilities management, preferably in a senior capacity
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in M&E management systems and security management
