Senior HR Administrator

RONG YAO CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative functions of the human resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement performance management systems, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and employee development.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient HR operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
