Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible

  • Support locations manpower planning requirement and oversee recruitment of all outlets to fill any manpower shortfall.
  • Deal with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work pass matters including submission of EP/S/WP passes and renewals.
  • Manage staff annual leave and ensure compliance with MOM regulations.
  • Draft and manage employment contracts in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain employee records leave recording, employee relations activities etc
  • Ensure HR databases are updated (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves).
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
  • Provide orientations for new staff hiring and explaining company policies.
  • Administrative duties and daily HR operations
  • Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • Candidate experience with beauty/retail industry will be a bonus
  • Proven work experience as HR administrator senior / manager
  • Knowledge of MOM regulations and employment laws.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills
  • Good communication (spoken and written)
  • Positive, motivated and able to perform under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel
