Job Description">

As a Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

">

The incumbent reports to the Operations Manager of Policy Services - Partnership Distribution and is responsible for running the day-to-day management of all post-inception requests and enquiries.

">

He/she is required to ensure primary servicing objectives are met in terms of quality and efficient deliverables for in-forced policies to all partnering distribution channels.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Be the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operation disparity between partnering firms to AIA standards of business.">
  • Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualised feedback for betterment of current processes.">
  • Handle enquiries and requests from partners through calls and emails within the agreed turnaround time, managing of document submissions (tracking and routing).">
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to hands of customers via partners.">
  • Responsible for coordination and preparation and documenting of team meetings.">
  • Maintain and update team manual to ensure all new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and documented accurately.">
  • Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.">
">Requirements">

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma

">

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience (preferably in Insurance Operations) or Policy Servicing or equivalent experience in Life/A&H policies.

">

Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
