EA and Strategic Partnerships (Business Development) Manager
Job Title: EA and Strategic Partnerships (Business Development) ManagerLocation: MumbaiReports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)Job Summary:This is a full-time on-site role for an EA and Strategic Partnerships (Business Development) Manager at Craving Digital in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The EA and Strategic Partnerships (Business Development) Manager plays a critical role in supporting the CEO with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives related to business development.Key Responsibilities:Business Development Support: Assist the CEO in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Conduct market research and analysis to support strategic decision-making. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.Communication and Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review correspondence, reports, and other communications on behalf of the CEO. Maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.Project Management: Oversee and manage various projects related to business development initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals and deadlines are met. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the CEO.Executive Support: Manage the CEOs calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Prepare and organize meeting agendas, materials, and presentations. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of integrity.Administrative Duties: Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO as needed. Manage expense reports and budgeting related to business development activities. Maintain an organized filing system for important documents and records.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant Ability to support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Experience in the creative industry is a plus,
