Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide level 2 end-user computing support and be well-versed in Windows OS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user computing support and troubleshooting skills for PC hardware and software.
  • Break-fix and IMAC support for end-user desktop equipment.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for iOS and Android devices.
  • Manage asset and peripherals inventory.
  • Meet meeting room and AV equipment requirements.
  • Provide smart hands support for networks and servers.
  • Familiar with service desk ticketing systems and processes.
  • Support VIP clients.
  • Work off-hours or perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in computer science/information technology or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer/support technician.
  • At least 3 years of IT deskside support experience for junior level.
  • At least 6 years of IT deskside support experience for senior level.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric focus on service excellence.
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Working location: Central, Singapore.
