Job Title: Support Specialist

 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

To be successful, the candidate should possess a Nitec/Diploma in Communication or people management, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and attend to phone/email enquiries as required.
  • Process delivery orders, job orders, etc.
  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers.
  • Manage inventory/stock control.
  • Ensure technicians/engineers adhere to workplace safety measures and SOPs.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Carry out other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned –.
