Job Description

The Customer Service Assistant plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.

Guest-facing duties also involve booking, confirming, and modifying appointments using scheduling software, as well as providing detailed information on spa services, packages, and promotions. Additionally, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for processing payments accurately and maintaining a clean, serene reception area.

Supporting therapist scheduling and assisting in resolving guest concerns are also essential tasks within this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess previous experience in customer service, with a preferred background in spa or hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also vital, along with a professional, calm, and friendly demeanor.

Candidates should also demonstrate strong computer proficiency, particularly with booking software, and be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
