Key Responsibilities of a Chargeback Officer

The primary objective of this role is to ensure efficient chargeback processing, analysis, and operational support. To achieve this, the officer will be responsible for timely and accurate handling of chargebacks, adhering to strict Service Level Agreements (SLA).

  • Process chargeback requests in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance team productivity, risk controls, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Support digitization initiatives and complete assigned administrative tasks.

Key Qualifications:

  • Relevant diploma or degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and objectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with influence and negotiation expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
