About Our Department


Our department provides support to children from low-income families in the areas of early childhood development, health, and social welfare. We engage with families and collaborate with community partners and government agencies to ensure that children receive the best possible care and support. Through regular home visits, we assist parents by delivering a range of child development strategies and assessing their children's health and development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of our program families' information.
  • Support intake assessments of referrals and case workers in gathering necessary information and conducting assessments of children's developmental needs.
  • Assist case workers in developing holistic, child-centered plans for each child and provide ongoing monitoring and follow-up to address any barriers until the child graduates from our program.
  • Support case workers in engaging children and parents with knowledge and skills on meeting child's developmental needs.
  • Deliver support directly to families.

Requirements:
  • Possess a minimum Diploma in Social Work.
  • Hold 2-3 years' experience in social services, working with families or in early childhood education.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Show organisation, attention to detail, and adaptability in a changing environment.
