APAC Sales Strategy Lead

Quinnox Solutions Pte. Ltd., a leading provider of innovative solutions, is seeking an experienced APAC Sales Strategy Lead to drive sales growth and business performance in Singapore and neighboring markets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a strong understanding of the oil & gas, life sciences, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute short-, medium-, and long-term sales strategies to drive growth in Singapore and neighboring APAC markets.
- Analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities in energy, chemical, life sciences, and industrial/urban infrastructure sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create competitive proposals and winning strategies for prospective clients.
The successful candidate will have:
Requirements- A Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline or business administration.
- At least 7 years of experience in sales, including the successful management of 3 or more projects valued at over USD 50 million.
- Strong technical knowledge of the energy, chemical, life sciences, and industrial/urban infrastructure industries.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
The estimated salary for this role is SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
