Key Responsibilities

The Global Chief Human Resource Officer will serve as the main advisor to the CEO and other senior management stakeholders, leading a diverse team and providing strategic HR insights to support the company's growth and drive its strategy.

This key role is responsible for:

  • Providing direct and insightful advice to CEO and Management members on HR issues that impact business performance
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies to enhance employee experiences and employer branding
  • Designing and implementing organizational structures and Talent Development programs to maximize effectiveness across the company

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of HR Leadership experience in MNC working environment, preferably with global role exposure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
