Business Development Executive Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with a proven track record in the China IT infrastructure sales industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on experience in B2B sales and an established network of business contacts within China's IT ecosystem.

This role will be instrumental in driving our growth strategy, securing high-value partnerships, and positioning us as a trusted partner in the China market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B opportunities in IT infrastructure across the Greater China region.
  • Leverage existing China market connections to open doors and build partnerships.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis specific to China's IT infrastructure landscape.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
  • Represent us in industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements in China when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of B2B sales experience in IT infrastructure within the China IT Infrastructure industry.
  • Proven network of business contacts and industry relationships within the China IT Infrastructure industry.
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential to engage Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of China's IT landscape, enterprise buying behavior, and regulatory environment.
  • Prior experience living and working across multiple continents/regions, with strong cultural awareness and familiarity with diverse business practices.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel to China for business trips when required.
