
China Market Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our business expansion in China. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market presence in this key region.
Your primary objective will be to manage and deepen relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the region. This will involve developing and executing localized sales strategies aligned with company objectives, as well as serving as the main point of contact for China-based clients.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality client experiences. Conducting market research to identify trends, risks, and new business opportunities will also be an essential part of your role.
In addition, you will represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions in China. Providing regular sales reporting, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management will be critical in ensuring the success of our China operations.
Requirements- At least 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management, with direct exposure to the China market.
- A proven track record of managing relationships with high-value clients and business partners in China.
- Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to work independently and navigate region-specific challenges.
- A deep understanding of the market's business culture, customer expectations, and market behaviors; a degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
