About the Role

This position is critical to ensuring effective subcontract management and compliance across a dynamic portfolio of projects. The successful candidate will support both new and existing programs, including strategic initiatives globally.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support supply chain management for key products and services.
  • Assist program teams in making sound business decisions regarding subcontractor and supplier engagements.

Full Subcontract Lifecycle Management

The ideal candidate will manage the full subcontract lifecycle, including bid package creation, proposal analysis, fact-finding, negotiation, administration, and vendor relationship management.


Negotiation and Cost Savings

The selected individual will negotiate most competitive commercial and business terms for various agreements (licenses, teaming, escrow) to drive maximum cost savings and protection.


Vendor Relationship Management
  • Earn trust with vendors through excellent communication and partnership building.
  • Administer subcontract modifications and updates aligned with evolving program needs.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison between internal departments and suppliers to address requirements, specifications, and quality concerns.

Compliance and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and timely updates to contract/subcontract databases.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. export and foreign government regulations.
  • Partner with the Legal team to uphold subcontract legal compliance.
