Subcontracts Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manages Subcontracts with Detailed Engineering Subcontractor, Transportation and Installation Subcontractor and Offshore Hookup and Commissioning Subcontractor
- Reviews Subcontract Tender Document prepared by contracts engineers, participate technical and commercial clarifications, evaluate and recommend the suitable tenderer to award
- Reviews of subcontract documentation and ensure it is in accordance to legal and customer requirements and subsequent execution of subcontract
- Reviews and approval of work orders
- Leads team of contract engineers and Quantities surveyors when necessary
- Responsible to manage the contract variation order process for the project
- Works closely with customers and legal team on contract settlement
- Attends to Client meeting and queiries on contractual and commercial
- Prepares and review project costing report to ensure that project expenditures are within budget and in compliance with the contractual specifications
- Handles various project costing reporting to corporate as required
- Manages the billing and payment follow up process and monitors project milestone/ progress to ensure timely progressive payments in accordance to the contract conditions
- Finalises project final accounts with customer, settlement with subcontractors

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Offshore Hookup and Commission Subcontract matters
- Good in planning, organising, interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Able to lead teams and liaise with various stakeholders
