Senior Human Resources Manager for Community Care

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Yong-en Care Centre. This is a key role that requires a professional with expertise in HR management, payroll, benefits administration, and facility management.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar capacity, with strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices. They will be able to multitask, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- HR Management: Manage manpower planning, employee life cycle, performance management framework, learning and development initiatives, career development policies, employee engagement activities, and exit processes.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Prepare annual manpower budgets, monthly payroll processing, yearly income tax reporting, and benefits administration.
- Facility Management: Manage facility maintenance, procurement, corporate insurance administration, workplace safety & health, and environmental control coordination.
- Minimum degree in Human Resources or related field; IHRP CP certification preferred.
- At least 8 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
This role offers a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
