Job Title: Community Care Sector Growth and Partnerships Manager
Agency for Integrated Care PTE. LTD. seeks an exceptional Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Partner Engagement to join our team.
Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven professional with excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills to drive the growth of our partners in the community care sector.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our community care partners to understand their needs and aspirations. They will also be the primary point of contact and resource person to support our partners in navigating policies, schemes, and regulations in their provision of community care services.
In addition, they will support our partners on operations-related matters, including implementation of services/initiatives, compliance with licensing and service requirements, and co-creation of solutions. They will also assist with driving improvement in operational processes as well as delivery of care services.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community care partners to understand their needs and aspirations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and resource person to support partners in navigating policies, schemes, and regulations in their provision of community care services.
- Support partners on operations-related matters, including implementation of services/initiatives, compliance with licensing and service requirements, and co-creation of solutions.
- Partners Development and Growth:
- Support capacity development and growth of partners in their provision of community care services.
- Assist with driving improvement in operational processes as well as delivery of care services.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to facilitate partner participation in programs and initiatives that support their strategic growth.
- Maintain oversight of partner implementation plans, progress, and depositories of key information.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant healthcare or community care experience, preferably in stakeholder engagement and project management.
- Competency in basic statistics and MS Office applications.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Has a pleasant personality and passion in engaging and supporting partners in the community care sector to succeed.
Estimated Salary:
$80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
