Job Summary:
Midea Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and increase revenue. This role requires strong sales and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the APAC region. They should be fluent in English, both spoken and written, and have fluency in Chinese as an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities, including markets, partnerships, and customers.
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Sales & Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
2. Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
3. Develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients.

Marketing & Branding:
1. Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that attract new business.
2. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Collaboration & Reporting:
1. Work with internal teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Track and report sales performance, market insights, and business growth metrics.

Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required. MBA is a plus. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the APAC region is preferred.

Skills:

2. Ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
3. Knowledge of CRM tools (nice to have) and sales processes.
