Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales in the Asia Pacific region, focusing on the Defence and Security segment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading sales efforts in key APAC countries, leveraging drone detection radar solutions for Defence and Security customers and partners;
- Developing and executing compelling market plans to captivate existing customers and entice new prospects;
- Supporting pipeline growth and driving opportunities through in-person and virtual meetings with Defence and Security partners and customers;
- Creating and delivering compelling presentations during conferences, exhibitions, and product demonstrations;
- Gathering market/business intelligence on changes in the C-UAS industry from customer accounts, exhibitions, conferences, etc.;
- Representing Robin Radar as a brand ambassador, playing a pivotal role in spreading its influence among potential technology partners and distribution channels.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 10+ years of experience as an international Sales or Account Manager in a Defence and Security environment, with a Military or Public Safety background being an advantage;
- Experience with tenders, solution sales, and pipeline management in CRM;
- The ability to operate independently with a "getting things done" character;
- Passion for (radar) technology, with the ability to understand and communicate technology;
- Strong communication skills in English, with written, verbal, and presentation skills, and other languages being a plus;
- Current residence in Singapore, with no relocation requirements.
