Are you a strategic and collaborative leader looking to drive supplier performance and value delivery? As a Key Supplier Operational Leader, you will play a key role in driving external spend pipeline management, cross-functional execution and coordination, strategic decision-making, and supplier performance and cost optimization.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive external spend pipeline (BOM & Non-BOM) aligned with site performance targets
  • Lead execution through TIP (Tactical Implementation Plan) approach, coordinating with Regulatory, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, MSAT, and SMS
  • Make decisions on external spend initiatives impacting site, cluster, and global levels, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and feasibility
  • Improve site competitiveness by enhancing supplier performance, controlling indirect spend across all levels, and focusing on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) improvements
What We're Looking For
  • A strong background in project management, preferably in Pharma/Bio setting
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects/programs with problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to develop comprehensive workable solutions incorporating constraints and inputs from all functions in complex situations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a cross-functional context
