About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing and Performance Optimisation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, execute, and refine growth marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth.
  2. Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  3. Conduct in-depth audience segmentation, keyword research, and targeting strategy development to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  4. Analyze cross-channel marketing data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous funnel optimization.
  5. Track, report, and communicate campaign performance and business impact to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in growth, performance, digital marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, and SQL.
