Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and goals, identifying areas where talent acquisition can drive growth and success.

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including social media, employee referrals, and external advertising, to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform strategy and optimize results.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to develop training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of recruitment staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the banking industry.
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management, including full-cycle recruitment, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
