We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to lead our recruitment efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic recruitment plans that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our business needs and goals, identifying areas where talent acquisition can drive growth and success.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions, requirements, and interview plans that align with our business objectives.
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies, including social media, employee referrals, and external advertising, to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to inform strategy and optimize results.
- Partner with Learning & Development to develop training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of recruitment staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the banking industry.
- Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent management, including full-cycle recruitment, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
