Job Opportunity: E-commerce Operations Specialist

As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will include processing user reservation-related data, addressing and resolving various data issues, and monitoring daily operational data and statistics to assist superiors in problem-solving.

Your expertise in domain name management, data analysis, and customer service will enable you to resolve after-sales issues efficiently, coordinate across departments, and provide actionable improvement suggestions.

Additionally, you will handle domain reservation requests, conduct detailed data reporting and analysis, identify root causes, and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong sense of responsibility, good expression and communication skills, and a sense of teamwork. You should also possess good learning ability, be positive and optimistic, and have a strong enterprising spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process user reservation-related data and address various data issues
  • Monitor and analyze daily operational data and statistics
  • Resolve after-sales issues and coordinate across departments
  • Handle domain reservation requests and conduct detailed data reporting
  • Participate in system optimization and process improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in English, foreign trade, computer science, Internet, marketing, or e-commerce
  • More than 1 year of working experience in the Internet, e-commerce industry, or platform enterprise
  • Familiarity with domain names and domain name industry is preferred
  • Good data analysis skills and strong insight
  • Fluent English and Chinese communication skills
