- Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compliance
- Collaborate with Senior Leaders and Staff:
- Foster a Supportive and Inclusive Workplace Culture
- Manage HR Administration:
- Contracts, Records, Work Passes, Leave Tracking, and Renewals
- Coordinate Staff Development and Engagement Initiatives:
- Welfare Programs, Relocation, Housing, Visas, and Cultural Adaptation
- Participate in Audits, Policy Reviews, and HR Projects:
