Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Full Spectrum of HR Services:
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Compliance
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders and Staff:
  • Foster a Supportive and Inclusive Workplace Culture
  • Manage HR Administration:
  • Contracts, Records, Work Passes, Leave Tracking, and Renewals
  • Coordinate Staff Development and Engagement Initiatives:
  • Welfare Programs, Relocation, Housing, Visas, and Cultural Adaptation
  • Participate in Audits, Policy Reviews, and HR Projects:
