  • Develop a thorough understanding of our business model, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders and directors through regular communications and discussions.
  • Identify the leadership's key priorities and develop effective human resources strategies to support their achievement.
  • Design and implement comprehensive human resources programs that address critical business needs and contribute to long-term success.
  • Evaluate problems critically and influence stakeholders to arrive at informed decisions.
  • Overcome challenges in recruiting and retaining top talent, including developing competitive recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze and propose improvements to branding, workforce diversity, data protection, learning, and performance management.
  • Develop compensation strategies and plans that align with market trends and industry standards.
  • Prepare insightful human resources reports and metrics that inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and human resources policies/procedures.
  • Provide expert consulting services to top management on problem-solving for complex human resources issues.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, provide excellent service, and promote our company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Assist with external financial audits related to payroll processing.
