
Strategic Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Professional to support our team in driving business growth and delivering strategic value across business lines.
This role requires a blend of analytical, consulting, and human resources experience, with strong emphasis on communication, planning, management, and coordination.
- Provide support to the CEO's office to improve business efficiency, performance and long-term business growth through data-driven decision making and strategic support.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications through the coordination and collating of reports, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple business units.
- Attend and document key leadership meetings, including minute-taking, tracking of the next course of action and follow-ups.
- Prepare compelling reports and presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.
- Collaborate with HR business partners for talent and resource planning.
Tertiary education level is required; experience in consulting, analysis, or HRBP is highly preferred.
- Demonstrates clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and coordination abilities for liaising with international stakeholders.
- Proven capability in planning and management tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel, with advanced skills in creating and analyzing business presentations and data.
