
Senior Leadership Role in Healthcare Workforce Planning

Key Responsibilities:
- Sustainable medical workforce planning: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement strategies that drive BAU operations and support strategic initiatives.
- Workforce Transformation and Productivity: Support cluster committees in the conception and implementation of workforce transformation and productivity initiatives.
- Secretariat support for NHG Medical Manpower Council: Provide administrative support, including appointment of council members, setting of agenda, and following up of outstanding items.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work.
- Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks.
- Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders including MOH officials and senior medical professionals.
