Key Responsibilities:
  • Sustainable medical workforce planning: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement strategies that drive BAU operations and support strategic initiatives.
  • Workforce Transformation and Productivity: Support cluster committees in the conception and implementation of workforce transformation and productivity initiatives.
  • Secretariat support for NHG Medical Manpower Council: Provide administrative support, including appointment of council members, setting of agenda, and following up of outstanding items.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare workforce planning or medical manpower management.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare system and medical workforce regulations.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and committee work.
  • Experience in data analysis and outcome measurement.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare productivity frameworks.
  • Experience in healthcare transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders including MOH officials and senior medical professionals.
