Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a strategic Business Growth Specialist to lead revenue expansion across our divisions. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing performance across multiple verticals, and ensuring all activities align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Driving sales performance across inbound, outreach, and corporate channels
  • Setting and tracking sales targets, pipelines, and conversion metrics for the team
  • Analyzing trends and making data-driven decisions to boost revenue

Team Leadership:
  • Leading, coaching, and managing newly onboarded sales staff
  • Conducting structured onboarding to align with guidelines and internal SOPs
  • Reinforcing compliance knowledge and grant-related policies

Regulatory Compliance & Reporting:
  • Ensuring all sales activities meet grant and regulatory requirements
  • Liaising with internal compliance and training teams to uphold audit readiness
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring consistent data hygiene

Operational Oversight:
  • Coordinating daily sales operations and scheduling for events and outreach
  • Cross-functionally collaborating with marketing, HR, and partnerships to support campaigns
  • Presenting performance insights to leadership through regular reporting

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • 5 years in business development, sales team leadership, or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and government grant schemes is a plus
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, analytical, and passionate about developing high-performing teams
