Job Title: Business Accelerator Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Accelerator Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, market research, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote company products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Communicate client feedback to the product development team to improve offerings.
- Participate in sales training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal coordinators to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Experience with sales analytics and data-driven decision making.
  • Able to withstand pressure in meeting sales targets and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle for business travel.
  • Good strategic thinking, relationship building, and market analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
