Job Title:

Strategic Partnership Sales Accelerator

This role is a key position in accelerating co-sell growth and driving strategic partnerships across the region. The successful candidate will develop and execute territory plans, engage with key partners to uncover joint opportunities, and deliver solutions aligned with customer priorities and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, partner development, or industry selling, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through joint sales initiatives. They will be able to build trusted relationships, influence partner engagement, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create joint sales plans with prioritized partners to address customer needs and align with business objectives.
  • Accelerate cloud solution area sales with partners, drive pipeline and co-sell execution, and establish a predictable rhythm of business.
  • Lead co-selling with assigned partners, develop and execute co-sell strategies, accelerate deal execution, and share best practices across the market.
  • Initiate solution area sales planning with partners, manage a predictable RoB, support top deals, guide play delivery, and utilize resources to accelerate sales.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development.
  • Master's Degree and 8+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development.
  • Doctorate and 5+ years of experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development.
  • OR equivalent experience.
