About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic partnerships across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Identification & Development: Identify, engage, contract, and nurture potential strategic partners in the APAC region.
  • Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue generation and market expansion.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs for partnerships to ensure targets are met.
  • Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with business goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, ideally within hospitality technology.
  • Able to deliver against a channel-attributed revenue quota.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful partnerships that drive business results.
