MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly skilled and organized HR & Admin Assistant/ Executive to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, payroll processing, and policy implementation.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including onboarding, offboarding, and orientation.
  • Handle and resolve employee queries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage work pass matters, including new applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Maintain and update employee leave records.
  • Process claims for NS, maternity, paternity, and childcare leaves.
  • Process monthly payroll and submit CPF contributions.
  • Provide tax clearance for foreign employees.
  • Support the HR Manager with all HR-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, including the Employment Act and CPF Act.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of employment regulations and labor laws.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
