Job Title:
Senior Fire and Occupational Health Manager

Are you a seasoned expert in fire and occupational health management? Do you have what it takes to ensure a safe working environment for employees, contractors, and visitors alike?

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Fire and Occupational Health Manager to join our team. As a key member of our safety management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective fire and occupational health policies, procedures, and protocols that meet or exceed regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement fire and occupational health policies, procedures, and protocols that meet or exceed regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular risk assessments and investigations into workplace accidents and near-miss incidents
• Provide guidance and support to process owners on safety procedures, occupational health practices, and environmental pollution prevention measures
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislative requirements, regulations, and best practices
• Develop and deliver training programs on emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field
• Registered Safety Officer with MOM
• FSM qualifications recognized by SCDF for registration as site FSM
• At least 5 years of ESH experience in chemical, petrochemical, hazardous waste management, or other manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, regulations, and best practices
• Experience in logistics and fleet management
• Proactive and meticulous personality with good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
