Job Description

The Regional Learning Strategist will develop and implement regional People Excellence strategies. This includes developing and localising non-technical vocational qualification and certification for importer and dealer staff.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and continuously evolve regional People Excellence strategies.
  2. Roll out global learning programs across the region.
  3. Foster regional exchange and collaboration, and pilot new learning methods and content.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, Psychology or relevant other degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 2 years in training, learning and development or related business area.
