Export Documentation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Documentation Specialist to join our team as an essential member of our export operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs certificates in compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in export regulations and ensure all documentation adheres to these changes.
  • Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks related to export documents.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth export processes and resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Analyze current documentation workflows and develop improvements to streamline processes, enhance accuracy, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma or professional certifications.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in export documentation or related fields.
  • Excellent knowledge of export regulations and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in export documentation software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
