This is an exciting opportunity to join our international trade operations team as a Sales Support Specialist. The role will involve working closely with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate smooth shipment operations.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) to ensure compliance with relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or related field, and prior experience in export documentation is required. Familiarity with China or Malaysia export processes is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, process, and manage shipping/export documentation for international trade activities.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate smooth shipment operations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant shipping regulations, customs requirements, and internal company policies.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve documentation or compliance issues when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in export documentation is required, familiarity with China or Malaysia export processes highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential, to communicate effectively with overseas stakeholders.
