Experienced Rebar Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled rebar worker to join our construction crew. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our building structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning: Use blueprints, sketches or oral instructions to determine the quantity, size, shape and location of reinforcing rods.
- Preparing: Cut, bend and prepare rebar and mesh for installation using tools like metal shears, hacksaws and torches.
- Installing: Position and secure reinforcing rods, cables, mesh or rebar in concrete forms using fasteners, rod-bending machines, blowtorches or hand tools.
- Hoisting: Organize the hoisting of components by connecting cables and slings to the components and directing crane operators.
- Stressing: After placing post-tensioning systems, stress the tendons to predetermined specifications using hydraulic jacks and pumps.
- Ensuring Quality: Ensure the quality of the work performed and that the building has the proper reinforcement.
- Meeting Standards: Meet Singapore construction standards and regulations.
- Leadership: Train and lead foreign workers to complete daily tasks together, reasonably arrange the division of labor and assistance of team members, and participate in progress management.
