Commercial Lead, SMB Merchants

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our Grab Merchant Centre team in Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong business relationships with long-tail merchants.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business strategies to grow GMC's revenue
- Lead a team to establish strong business relationships with long-tail merchants
- Strategize and implement new programs and initiatives to maximize merchant engagement and spending with GrabFood and GrabMart
- Drive growth in key accounts through effective deal management and partnership development
- Develop in-depth merchant analyses and pitch business reviews to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and merchant success
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role
- Team management experience an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex deals
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
