About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lead to join our Grab Merchant Centre team in Singapore. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and establishing strong business relationships with long-tail merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to grow GMC's revenue
  • Lead a team to establish strong business relationships with long-tail merchants
  • Strategize and implement new programs and initiatives to maximize merchant engagement and spending with GrabFood and GrabMart
  • Drive growth in key accounts through effective deal management and partnership development
  • Develop in-depth merchant analyses and pitch business reviews to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and merchant success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Management
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or equivalent role
  • Team management experience an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex deals
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
