As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing sales channels, and developing business strategies to achieve our company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Ensure achievement of quarterly and yearly New Order Booking (NOB) targets in the territory, and support the achievement of quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
- Manage Sales Channels: Closely manage all sales channels, including direct reports, shared resources, agents, and distributors, to ensure effective sales execution and growth.
- Develop Business Strategies: Define and execute sales growth and business development strategies for the territory, including market share and market potential analysis, customer segmentation, and sales funnel development.
- Lead the Team: Take a leading role in the territory to execute the growth strategy for all Preclinical Imaging business units, including MRI, microCT, Optical Imaging, and Nuclear Molecular Imaging, and in all markets, including Government/Academia, Research Hospitals, CRO, and Pharma.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Market Management, and Marcom to organize symposiums, roadshows, and other events to promote Preclinical Imaging products and services.
- Market Intelligence: Co-ordinate actions to gain market intelligence on key markets in the territory, including TAM and TAVM analysis.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all customers are provided with high-quality care and attention throughout the sales and support process, and that each customer is fully satisfied with the support they receive from Bruker.
- Compliance: Follow all Bruker compliance policies and procedures, and ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with these policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or 5+ years' commensurate experience in a related field, with active progress toward a Life Science-related education.
- Experience: 10+ years' sales work experience, including minimum 3 years' sales experience in APAC, driving and managing a portfolio of technical life science industry product sales, with associated market knowledge of Industrial markets.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high standard sales methodology training, and experience with US Stock-Listed standard compliance training.
- Language: Fluency in English, with additional languages relevant to the stated territory an advantage.
