This role is highly dynamic and provides an outstanding platform for understanding and influencing all Operations aspects of the business. Specifically, the Senior Manager of Field Restaurant Operations will be responsible for leading initiatives to help ensure franchise partners are supported in the following key areas: Brand Standards: Execute brand standard operating procedures, with functional knowledge of the Popeyes Operations Manual. Best Practices: Charged with identifying opportunities and areas for improvement to best support the goals of improved guest satisfaction and franchisee profitability. Training: Champion training within the APAC region, both classroom and digital training initiatives. The successful candidate will need to be influential in relationships with external stakeholders (Franchisees and vendors) and internal partners (Field teams & Marketing, Global Operations, etc.). Required Skills: Strong understanding of the QSR industry and restaurant operations. Business acumen & dexterity with qualitative business concepts. 5+ years experience in the large-scale restaurant setting, both Corporate and Field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build meaningful business relationships. Highly organized, motivated and a team player. Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others. Ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Proficient in using Excel and Power Point. Communication Skills: Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills. Listens to and understands other points of views. Influences others to gain commitment. Presents information in a clear and concise manner. Problem Solving Skills: Apply “Plan, Do, Check, Act” problem solving methodology. Determine bottom’s up root causes for gaps in regional performance. Apply analytical and conceptual skills to solve P&L, ROI, and sales growth gaps to goals. Ability to breakdown and benchmark both Burger King and competitor operations. Leadership Skills: Demonstrates sound business ethics and shows consistency among principles, values, and behavior. Builds trust with others through authenticity and follow-through on commitments. Able to relate to all types of people. Builds commitment and overcomes resistance. Leverages sound business judgement to understand organization’s strengths and opportunities. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. Able to learn new software: Tableau; Business Objects; others. Intimate knowledge of restaurant operations, demonstrated through significant in-restaurant experience.
