POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (APAC) to accelerate the revenue growth and business development. This individual should have extensive business development experience in Saa S, focusing on driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Saa S or regulatory technology sales, a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, and a good understanding of regulated industry, in healthcare, life sciences, food, and consumer products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross functional team including product and customer success team. Key Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Identify, engage and secure new clients through consultative selling focusing on mid-size to enterprises in our two vertical industries Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and product demos tailored to client requirement and pain points - Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends and potential clients within target industries Partner closely with the marketing team to manage and nurture leads generated through them - Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools ensuring timely follow up, nurturing and conversion of leads - Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with potential clients, ensuring terms are favourable for all stakeholders resulting in closing deals - Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, customer success and regulatory content team to ensure alignment between client needs and Reg ASK’s solutions Work with presales team to develop proposals to be sent to clients - Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline status and business development activities providing regular updates to senior management, using CRM tools Qualification & Experience: Bachelor or equivalent degree required 8 – 10 years of business development or sales experience in a Saa S or technology driven environment preferably with the compliance, consumer health or life sciences industries Experience selling to senior decision makers in enterprises Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets Data driven approach to decision making and strategy development Experience with building relationships with stakeholders at different levels Ability to engage with and persuade decision makers Strong negotiation and deal closing abilities Analytical mindset with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions Proficient in sales stack, Salesforce etc Ability to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic start up environment Ability to work cross functionally with marketing, product and customer success team on a multi-cultural global basis What We Offer: Flexible working arrangements (remote/hybrid) Opportunity to work in a high impact role at the intersection on AI, Saa S and Compliance / Regulatory intelligence Continuous learning and professional development How to Apply: If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and qualifications to excel as our Senior Business Development Manager (APAC), please submit your resume for our consideration.
