Responsibilities: To lead the functional design and rollout of specialized modules of a healthcare system.

Analyse existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas of improvement Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements and process flows.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories for developers and designers.

Participate in the design, development, and testing of core systems and end-user applications, Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing timely support and escalation when necessary.

Perform functional testing and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies.

Stay up to date with industry trends, and best practices related to healthcare and digital transformation.

Contribute to knowledge-sharing and training initiatives Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field.

3 years of relevant experience in business analysis or digital transformation projects in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting.

Experience in SQL queries or stored procedures will be an advantage.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in documenting user journey maps and requirements, process flows, and use cases using industry-standard tools.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is desirable.
