APAC Logistics Transformation Leader

We are working with a leading global chemical company to appoint their APAC Head of Logistics, based in Singapore. This is a pivotal role that will drive the transformation of the company's regional logistics function at a time of change and growth.

The successful candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on project management capabilities, and must be adept at navigating complex, matrixed environments. Strong stakeholder management, influencing skills, and the ability to lead diverse teams through change will be essential.

Beyond structural improvements, the role will also play a key part in leveraging technology and data analytics to enhance visibility, streamline workflows, and drive performance. By embedding smarter systems and metrics, the APAC Logistics Transformation Leader will help the business achieve both immediate cost reductions and long-term operational excellence.
