Job Title: Asia Pacific Service Parts Fulfillment Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our Service Parts Fulfillment operations in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, driving efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Drive growth mindset to support service business growth in Asia-Pacific
    • Develop and enhance relationships and collaboration with Agilent business partners
    • Manage Logistics Service providers for warehousing and transportation in the Asia Pacific region
    • Ensure effective service inventory management in APAC through collaboration with the SPF Planning Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent plus directly relevant experience
  • Typically, a minimum of 2-3 years' experience formally or informally leading people, projects and/or programs for entry to this level
  • Knowledge and experience of Trade Compliance rules applicable to a US headquartered Multinational Corporation
  • Track record of managing Logistics Service Providers and driving improvements and efficiencies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with overseas/international colleagues and business partners
  • Qualification/Certification and experience in Continuous Improvement Methodology (e.g. LEAN or Six Sigma)
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
